My name is Steffi Vanhemmens and I am the founder of Melbourne Healthy Lifestyle. As a nutritionist, personal trainer and holistic health coach with over 20 years of experience, it is my passion to guide you in achieving your wellness goals in an enjoyable and do-able – ‘undiet’- way. Over the years, I have met so many people who had tried diet after diet with no lasting results – feeling frustrated, exhausted and lacking confidence. That’s why I created the Melbourne Healthy Lifestyle, a unique and holistic healthy lifestyle program, to help you reclaim your vitality, health and body confidence – so you can feel your well-deserved best! I am looking forward to support you on your healthy lifestyle journey and witness you reclaiming your vitality, health and body confidence too.

Our mission is to help transform the lives of the Melbourne community by living a sustainable and enjoyable healthy active lifestyle. It is our intention to provide education, support and accountability help you in achieving your health and fitness goals. At Melbourne Healthy Lifestyle, we believe that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution to wellness. We offer a personalized approach that takes into account your unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle that guarantees lasting results regardless you would like to reclaim your energy, drop a few dress sizes, feel fitter or more confident in your amazing body. Your healthy lifestyle needs to be enjoyable and shouldn`t feel like a chore! We’ll work together to create a nutrition, workout and mindfulness plan that feels doable and sustainable, even amongst the beautiful chaos of life.

Our approach is grounded in the belief that true wellness and lasting results is about more than just what you eat and how you move your body. That’s why we focus on mindfulness and overcoming obstacles such as limiting beliefs, stress and anxiety, negative relationships with food or your body, emotional eating, and self sabotage. We’re here to support you every step of the way as you make lasting changes that will help you feel vibrant, confident, and empowered. Whether you’re looking for one-on-one coaching, an accountability group, or an online program, we’re here to help you achieve your goals in a way that feels enjoyable and sustainable. We offer a range of free resources to help you get started, including a complimentary strategy session.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy is based on the equation of 80% nutrition 20% exercise plus a 100% mindset.

I started my journey just like you: exhausted and frustrated with the numbers on the scale! I had been studying nutrition for 5 years at the university of Ghent in Belgium and was in the midst of a PhD, however I had a very negative relationship with my body and with food. Being an expert in nutrition, I didn`t realise how important it was to nourish my mind too… until I met my coach and everything changed! I started understanding how powerful our mind is and how important it is to create a postive and loving relationship with our amazing body and the food we eat. 

Twenty years, many books, courses and experiences later, this holistic approach is what differentiates me as a nutritionist.  Regardless you want to reclaim your energy, drop a few sizes, regain your body confidence or improve your overal health, it is my mission to give you lasting results by tailoring a step by step individualised plan that is do-able and sustainable for you – without the feeling of being on a diet.
